Recent activity & what YOU can do!
Our main aim is to stimulate public interest in the local environment in order to minimise threats to the landscape and wildlife in the catchment areas of the rivers Axe, Yarty and Lim.

We organise walks, work parties, beach and estuary cleans, and bird watching trips in and around the area.

We are actively involved in and provide funding for works to improve public access to the countryside.

We work closely with Natural England and East Devon District Council Countryside Team in the maintenance and upkeep of the Undercliffs National Nature Reserve and Seaton Wetlands, Trinity Hill Local Nature Reserves and have a managing interest in the Holyford Woods LNR.

We hold and manage the Borrow Pit nature reserve at Seaton under license from South West Water.  We also manage Colyton Community Woodland on behalf of Colyton Town Council.

Through our grant programme to local primary schools and our Explorer Afternoons we aim to connect children and their families with nature and thereby encourage them to preserve and enhance its natural beauty for current and future generations.
