East Devon Local Plan

Picture

The draft Local Plan Consultation is now CLOSED but you can still view it (Click here or on the image above to reach the website).

There were a substantial number of comments made on the Draft East Devon Local Plan but key matters have now been incorporated (in summary form) into a feedback report, which will be considered by the Strategic Planning Committee of East Devon District Council on the 21 July 2023.

The Local Plan will be an important document that will shape the future of East Devon for years to come.

We would encourage all members living in the District to study the document and the Feedback Report carefully in order to fully understand the District Council's proposals and the affect they will have on their community and the local environment.
